A Home Away From Home For Your Pet

Whether your pet is staying one night, one week, or longer, you can rest assured that your pet is in good hands. All dogs and cats are supervised by our trained, caring attendants who will monitor your pets regularly to make sure that their kennel is clean, there is lots of fresh water available, and that they are comfortable. We provide all necessary supplies; beds, food, bowls, and toys. However, you are welcome to bring your own.

Reservations

Reservations for our cat and dog boarding in Crete is recommended, especially during holiday times. Our boarding kennels can accommodate all sizes of dogs and cats.

Check In-Check Out

Allow about ten minutes for admitting your pet. This will give us enough time to become familiar with his/her diet, medications, existing conditions and daily habits.

Check out is at 12 noon. If your pet is not checked out by then, you will charged for that day.

Food

In addition to our regular food Science Diet, Hills Prescription Diet is available for purchase if needed.

Exercise

We provide a private large 3×10 outside run during the day.

Toys

We have a supply of toys for our guests. You can bring some toys for your pet, but we cannot be responsible for any personal items left here.

Medications

If your pet becomes ill during his/her stay with us, he/she will be given prompt medical care. Any medication your pet is taking will be continued during his/her stay with us according to your veterinarian’s directions. All medications must be brought in with the pet in enough quantity to last throughout his/her stay.

Vaccinations

We require proof that the following vaccinations are current to protect all the animals that are staying with us as well as our employees. If your pet is not current on their vaccinations, we can update those during check-in.

Dogs: Rabies; DA2PP, and Bordetella

Cats: Rabies; FVRC-P

We offer for those that are not current:

Bordetella: (Kennel Cough) vaccination
